Mark’s debut novel, Into the Fog of Charon, stemmed from a three-night dream turned heartfelt manuscript. Initially drafted and set aside, the story was revived during the Covid lockdown. With input from friends and rigorous editing, the narrative evolved into a polished piece ready for readers. The main character pays homage to a childhood friend who passed away young, infusing the story with deep personal significance.

Now a devoted husband and father to seven adult children, Mark is also blessed with seven grandchildren. An active community and church member, he co-owns a crime & trauma cleaning company. In his free time, you can find him walking his two dogs, savoring the tranquility of nature.
